Stanford Oaks floorplans typically
have greater width than competitive projects, allowing room for a more
impressive entry, with earth-toned slate entry tile. Although some
exceptions exist, the dimensions of our 2 car garage are generally at
least a foot wider and longer than found in most competitive projects.
We want you to be able to get your full-size SUV all the way inside the
garage, and then be able to open the door and get out without putting a
ding in the side of your other car. And, you always need extra
storage, so we've provided extra storage space under the hardwood stairs to the second floor.
The downstairs bedroom has a full bath and
walk-in closet, but could double as a bonus room, media room, workout
room, or home office. It leads to a 5 X 28 foot green space at the
rear of the unit, enough room for a dog or a deck.
