Stanford Oaks was designed to take
advantage of the views of downtown, and of the existing oak trees
surrounding the site. The second floor living area opens to a 28
foot balcony that spans the entire width of the living area, to capture
a sunset view looking into the oaks trees on Stanford. The third
floor master bedroom has its own private balcony, and a wall of windows
