The building is designed in small pods that can stand alone or be connected.  Each building has self contained basic systems, and is built out for each individual tenant.

For appropriate settings, It provides a more relaxed environment that never feels like you're in a large building.

The real uniqueness of the project, however, is the setting.  More details will follow as they can be released.
