Marine Office Park
Houston, Texas
The owner of a major marina
complex asked CitiPlex and Carlin/White Architects to design a new 40,000 square foot Office
Park, fronting the existing marina facility. The park will feature five
separate buildings, each positioned for optimum waterfront views.
Construction will utilize a
building system developed by Carlin/White Architects similar to one
developed and previously used in the development of professional building
complexes. Carlin/White is in the final design stage on the project.
