A 300 acre mixed-use development consisting of single family lots, condominium units, multi-family units, as well as retail centers on Memorial Highway.

Amenities included community center with tennis courts, adult spa and children's recreation area with pool, and controlled access to the entire development.

New ordinances were developed for this project, which were adapted by the city as the standard used for all future developments.
