CitiPlex principals were responsible for development of approximately 3,000 apartment units in 13 garden apartment projects constructed in 7 metropolitan areas in Texas.

These projects were typically 240 unit complexes similar to the one pictured on this page, consisting of 16 two-story apartment buildings, separate rental and management offices, 4 laundry & utility buildings, and 2 outdoor swimming pools.

All of these projects were financed in connection with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), insured by the FHA under the National Housing Act.
