CitiPlex Plans Alvin Medical Professional Center

The Alvin Medical Professional Center is a planned medical professional office development located on State Highway 35 Bypass in Alvin, Texas.  The project is being developed by CitiPlex Corporation and JNB Development LLC, who are currently soliciting pre-leasing from major hospital groups, medical clinics, individual practitioners, and other healthcare organizations.

The site is adjacent to the Alvin Recreation Center, currently under construction, that will include a new YMCA facility, athletic fields, picnic facilities, playgrounds and jogging trails.  the recreation center is also adjacent to Alvin Community College and the Nolan Ryan Center.

Construction will utilize a building system developed by Carlin/White Architects similar to one developed and previously used in the development of professional building complexes for Texas Children's Pediatric Associates.
